Steve Froehlich, a resident of Lee’s Summit, Missouri since 1973, began his career framing homes immediately after graduating high school.  Continuing in home construction, Steve built many homes alongside some of the largest home builders in the Kansas City area.  After realizing the lack of custom homes in our Kansas & Missouri communities, Steve began KC Custom Homes to meet the need of families wanting their quality dream home built to their specifications.  Today, many area communities in Kansas City feature KC Custom Homes’ quality projects; including but not limited to, Lee’s Summit, Lake Winnebago, Overland Park, Pleasant Hill & Raymore.  Steve, his son Jeremii and his highly experienced crew would love to have the opportunity to build your custom dream home.
